Studying emerging adulthood and Gen Z has been and continues to be an amazing endeavor. It’s amusing to compare the differences between myself and my students, but it is also eyeopening to become aware of the challenges they face in higher education and the workplace. This generation will bring many assets to both of these arenas but we cannot ignore that they will approach things a little differently than I do.
