Using Design Thinking to Equip and Engage

As I shared in the Union University Winter Workshop, design thinking is a strategy I hope to implement during this spring semester in a more intentional way than I have in the past. If you have enrolled in the Course Design/Redesign Institute, you already have an understanding of the backwards thinking that is a foundation of design thinking.
