This was a very interesting article about what parents think they should do for their children, in order for them to have a fair chance in life. Parents in modern times feel like they need to do everything they possibly can to make their kids lives easier than their own childhood was or others in similar finical situations. Mindsets like these are how we get to parents cheating on test scores for their kids to get into better schools. Another part of this would be how hard some parents push their kids to succeed in athletics as well.
Some parents have given their kids PED’s without their knowledge and consent. Parents are willing to pay large amounts of money for travel sports teams in hopes that their kids will pay the money back in college scholarships. These are just a few examples of how parents will go to any length they see as necessary to make their kids lives easier and more successful.
